By confirming a reservation, guests agree to these terms and conditions
1. Booking &
Payment
1.1 A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
1.2 Full payment must be made before check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
1.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
2.1 Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations within 30 days of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2.3 No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
3. Check-in &
Check-out
3.1 Check-in time: 3:00 PM
3.2 Check-out time: 11:00 AM
3.3 Late check-out may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules
4.1 Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and local regulations.
4.2 No smoking inside the villa.
4.3 Pets are not allowed
4.4 Parties and loud gatherings are prohibited.
6. Damage &
Liability
6.1 Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
6.2 The villa owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
7. Maximum Occupancy
7.1 The maximum number of guests allowed must not exceed the agreed limit.
7.2 Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 The owner is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by local Greek law.
5. Pool rules
5.1 No diving: To prevent accidents and injuries, diving is not permitted in the pool.
5.2 No running or rough play: To prevent slips, falls, and injuries, running and rough play
are not allowed in the pool area.
5.3 No pee in the pool: Let's keep the pool water clean and sanitary by refraining from
urinating in the pool.
5.4 Children must be supervised by an adult: For their safety, children under 16 must be
accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the pool area.
5.5 Shower before entering the pool: Help keep the pool clean and safe by rinsing off any dirt, oils, or lotions before entering the pool.
5.6 Respect pool hours: Please adhere to the designated pool hours to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.
